Artist's Comments

Just shot last week in the peaceful Kingdom og Bhutan.
The small monk was just outside a buddist temple in the east of the country waiting the time goes by. He couldnt speak english but I had a small conversation with a "colleague" of him. He told me that he was proud that his country was ages backward compared to the west. It was a wise manner to learn from the mistake of the others and just take the best of the "develpment" and keep their tradition...
let's meditate on that...

Please also amazing drawing at [link] made and donated by wonderful artist aixado [link]

All proceeds from sales of pictures will go to the art education project of Art in All of Us (WWW.ARTINALLOFUS.ORG) and/or trusted partner in third world countries

Such a sensitive exotic portrait. I've never seen so vivid and colourful architectural elements too.

the little monk's expression makes the picture worth while in so many ways - it's like even his emotions are somewhat exotic - and it's like we're receiving an insight of a foreign soul - great work!
